Cancellations: All deposits are non refundable for full cancellations two weeks prior to your appointment, no exceptions.

Reschedules: I understand that life happens and sometimes, unexpected events or illnesses can occur. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice. Any reschedule made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a forfeiture of the full deposit. The forfeited deposit goes towards covering the design time I have already done as well as loss of wages for the day.

Only one reschedule is permissible with the original deposit for both custom and flash designs. If you need to reschedule your appointment a second time, your original deposit will be void and a new deposit will need to be left in order to rebook for the third time. Flash pieces in this situation will be put back up for grabs.

Reschedules will be slotted in to the end of my current booking round, before I open my next booking round. This can sometimes be up to 6 months out, thank you in advance for your patience.
