Cancellations: All deposits are non refundable for full cancellations two weeks prior to your appointment.

Reschedules: I understand that life happens and sometimes, unexpected events or illnesses can occur. If you need to reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice. Any reschedule made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a forfeiture of the full deposit. The forfeited deposit goes towards covering the design time I have already done as well as loss of wages for the day.

Only one reschedule is permissible with the original deposit. If you need to reschedule your appointment a second time, your original deposit will be void and a new deposit will need to be left in order to rebook for the third time. If you’ve booked a flash piece, only one reschedule is permissible for that design as well. A second reschedule will not be permissible for that design and it will be put back up for grabs.
